Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from your purchase date.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our products all Immortelle Shop sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If you are ordering from the USA and Canada, please keep in mind that we are shipping directly from where our products are sourced (Croatia) and shipping times can take longer to reach your country. The approximate shipping times are:

EUROPE: 1-2 weeks
US/CANADA: 3-4 weeks
REST OF THE WORLD: 3-4 weeks
